What guides the kitchen
Freshness before fuss.
The kitchen focuses on traditional cooking methods, fresh ingredients, lean proteins, vegetables, broth and steam, with flavours built from herbs and spices rather than heavy sauces.
Each Lunar New Year, Vietnamese Foodies celebrates its team by sharing restaurant revenue with staff.
During Ramadan, Vietnamese Foodies shares 1,500 Iftar meals with labour communities in Dubai.
